Conference Details:

A variety of sessions focused on invasive species as well as certified pesticide applicator credits and CEU credits will be offered. We will be hosting a poster session, a 50/50 raffle and opportunities for networking and sponsorship - please contact us at communications@abinvasives.ca to inquire.

Registration:

Registration for the AISC 2025 Conference will open on January 5, 2026. Please note AISC 2026 Members and AISC 2026 Partners have access to a discount on their conference registration fee - AISC 2025 Memberships expire on December 31, 2025, please purchase your AISC 2026 Membership before your registration and you will have access to a reduced registration fee. Registration costs include breaks and meal service throughout the conference and are as follows:

AISC Member Pricing:

  • Full conference (early bird): $325
  • Full conference: $400
  • Student full conference (early bird): $160
  • Student full conference: $180
Non-Member Pricing:
  • Full conference (early bird): $425
  • Full conference: $500
  • Student full conference (early bird): $175
  • Student full conference: $200
PLEASE NOTE:
Registration costs do not reflect applicable fees and taxes. Early bird pricing for the event is available until January 31, 2026. Registration for the event closes on February 27, 2026. Registration fees are NON refundable after February 27, 2026.

Location: Alumni Room at the Olds College of Agriculture and Technology on March 11th and 12th, 2026.

Parking: Please park in Visitor Lot D (see map of Olds College below) and follow the AISC Conference signs to the Alumni Room. Parking is NO LONGER FREE for visitors, it is approximately $4 for 12 hours - please register here.
